Why study in Cologne?

The University of Cologne offers excellent opportunities for studying Egyptology. The courses cover the archaeology, languages and culture of Egypt and the Sudan from late prehistory to late antiquity. Depending on individual preferences, students can choose to study Egyptology as a major subject in Archaeology, Ancient World Studies or African Studies.
